Parental Involvement:
One of the first questions many parents ask after registering their teenager in Cadets is "How can I get involved ? " Within a cadet squadron, there are always many things to do and extra hands are always welcome. You will quickly see that everyone can enjoy the Cadet Program, young in age and young at heart! 

• Become an instructor: member of the Cadet Instructors Cadre (CIC) officer, a cilivilian instructor or a volunteer!  Individuals with special skills and experiences are always useful and can assist with Cadet Program instruction.
• Help out the squadron staff! Volunteer at the squadron by lending a hand with a specific fundraiser, tracking results, organizing and phoning.  There are many important jobs that require little or no knowledge of the workings of the Cadet Program. 
• Drive! Some activities and events such as fundraising require drivers and vehicles to help take and bring cadets. 
• Join the Squadron Sponsoring Committee! The committee works closely with the squadron staff to help support Cadets. 
• To lend a hand, speak with any squadron staff member or squadron sponsoring committee member.
